Telesyst Group’s Dialing Wizards ™ were designed with one basic objective – to assist a telephone user in reaching his/her intended party on the first dialing try, without any annoying recorded messages to “hang up and dial again” or any need to redial a call, even in cases where the area code has changed.

Our Area Code Wizard ™ is intended for domestic, landline telephones and focuses on those annoying little problems that lead to the dreaded phone company message to “hang up and dial again” because you forgot the leading “1”, or the area code has been changed, or a local call was dialed without the area code. That’s right, our Wizard even lets you dial just 7-digits for those local calls in those metro areas where the FCC has now mandated 10-digit dialing.

Our Wireless Wizard ™ is intended for mobile phones that are used domestically or internationally. It incorporates the features of the Area Code Wizard ™, but also is aware of all international and country-specific dialing conventions that, if violated, might leave you listening to a foreign-language, recorded message that you don’t understand.

Our VOIP Wizard ™ incorporates a composite of the features described above plus has added, Web-facilitated capabilities, such as the ability to pre-confirm the name associated with your dialed call.
